Hello everyone.

There are some important updates about the future of LSD derivatives and tryptamines in Europe. So today we're back with another video.

Let's start with some great news about our international offering. We had the legal situation in France reviewed once again and found that while 1P-LSD and several other lysergamides have been banned there since 2021, all of the derivatives that we sold in Germany over the years, from 1P-LSD all the way to 1FE-LSD, are legal.

In addition, several tryptamines were banned in France in May this year, but 4-Pro-MET remains legal.

For the time being, we had left France out because the legal situation there was relatively strict and difficult to navigate. However, following our review and the legal assessment from our lawyers, we now have the confirmation that we can also ship to France.

This means that starting today, you can order both 1FE-LSD and 4-Pro-MET via lsd-legal.com to France.

We are now also shipping 4-Pro-MET to countries in which we operate. Just as a reminder, these are Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Poland and Slovakia.

Everything has been legally reviewed and is shipped with insured delivery.

Now to some very disturbing news. Alex from Lizard Labs, the manufacturer behind almost all previous LSD derivatives, was arrested in England a bit over a month ago and is now facing possible extradition to the United States.

There are three charges in total against Alex and additional unnamed defendants.

First, the defendants are accused of conspiring to import LSD derivatives that are allegedly illegal under the Federal Analogs Act.

Second, they are accused of manufacturing and distributing these substances with the intention that they would be illegally imported into the US.

And third, they are accused of conspiring to launder money generated through these activities in order to conceal its true origin.

The allegations could theoretically expose Alex to up to three separate 20-year prison sentences.

Alex, of course, denies the allegations. At this time, there have been no further statements from Alex or his lawyers. Everything else will ultimately be decided by the courts.

He was released on bail shortly after his arrest and is now awaiting his extradition hearing, which is scheduled for next year.

The news was obviously a major shock for us. Over the past few weeks, we have been processing what happened and thinking carefully about how to communicate it without interfering with Alex's privacy or his legal proceedings.

For that reason, we are only sharing the information necessary to give you a basic understanding of the situation.

One thing is very important here. As upsetting as it is to see something like this happen within our industry and especially to the person we ultimately have to thank for the existence of legal LSD derivatives in the first place, this has nothing to do with us or the legality of our companies.

Even before this happened, we had not only purchased enough stock to most likely continue supplying 1FE-LSD until it is eventually banned, but one of our companies had also acquired an entire laboratory, including our own analytical equipment and a pellet press.

And that's not all. We have also found a qualified chemist who is helping us to identify potential successor compounds and manufacture them to the same quality standards as you're used to.

The first tests with new legal LSD derivatives as well as new legal tryptamines are already underway, although we do not yet have any market-ready results to announce.

So even though the Lizard Labs chapter is coming to an end in a rather dramatic way, this does not mean the end of legal LSD derivatives, and it certainly does not mean the end of LSD Legal.

We operate our companies and market our products in a way that is designed to ensure full legal compliance.

We think long-term, and the reliability of supply for our customers as well as the legality of our products in every country we serve will always come first.

For that reason, we will never put the legal security of our companies at risk. When you order from us, you can always be confident that we take the legal framework seriously and make sure things are done the way they are supposed to be done.

What this case demonstrates is why our careful, cautious and legally compliant approach, which is unique within the industry, is so important.

There are governments and authorities that do not want us to do this work, and they are trying to use every possible avenue to undermine the industry.

People often talk about a gray area, but it's not really an accurate description. In Germany and the Netherlands, where we operate, the legal situation is quite actually black and white, as long as you operate within the legal framework, and that's exactly what we do.

We hope that this case will encourage other participants in the market to take legal compliance as seriously in the future.
